Ultrasonic intensity is not enough
Solution: Adjust the ultrasonic power knob to improve ultrasonic power. You can ask our engineers if it can not be achieved.
2. The liquid level is too high or too low in the cleaning tank.
Solution: Adjust the level to the optimum height. If you don't understand the best position, please consult our customer service.
3. The cleaning liquid is too high or too low.
Solution: Adjust the set value of the thermostat to the appropriate temperature. If you don't understand the right temperature, please consult the Blue Whale Sales Team.
4. Using an inappropriate cleaning liquid
Solution: Please stop the machine and turn off the power. Please change the correct cleaning agent when the cleaning liquid cools down. If you don't know the correct cleaning agent, you can ask the local chemical supplier or our sales team for advice.
5. Other reasons
Solution: Please contact the engineer of Blue Whale. Please do not operate blindly otherwise it might cause unnecessary troubles.
