The cleaning process using an ultrasonic cleaning machine involves several steps. Water-based cleaners or organic solvents such as deionized water, alcohol, and acetone are commonly used in the electronics industry.

Next, the electronic components are placed in the cleaning tank of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. The components should be fully immersed in the cleaning solution, but not overcrowded, to ensure effective cleaning.

Once the components are in the cleaning tank, the ultrasonic cleaning machine is turned on and the cleaning cycle is set based on the recommended time and temperature for the specific cleaning solution. The cleaning cycle usually lasts between 1 to 5 minutes and the temperature is set between 20 to 60℃. During the cleaning process, the sound waves produced by the ultrasonic cleaning machine cause the cleaning solution to vibrate, generating high-pressure bubbles that implode on the surface of the electronic components. This implosion creates micro-jets of cleaning solution that penetrate the smallest crevices, removing even the most stubborn contaminants.

After the cleaning cycle is complete, the electronic components are removed from the cleaning solution and rinsed with clean water to remove any remaining cleaning solution. Finally, the components are dried completely before they can be reused or reassembled.

It is important to note that for certain types of electronic components, such as batteries, power supplies, and motors, disassembly is required before cleaning to avoid damage to the components.
