Industrial cleaning is classified according to cleaning principles

Return

Understand the classification of industrial cleaning, cleaning can be based on the needs of the object, and select a reasonable cleaning process to achieve the goal of cleaning. Industrial cleaning can be classified from different perspectives, such as chemical cleaning, physical cleaning, and microbiological cleaning according to the principle of cleaning.

(1) chemical cleaning

The use of chemical agents and the chemical reaction of dirt, so that the dirt from the surface of the clean objects dissociated and dissolved and dispersed into the water of the cleaning is called chemical cleaning. The chemical cleaning process uses chemical agents known as chemical cleaning agents. Common chemical cleaning agents include a variety of inorganic or organic acids, alkalis, oxidants, and metal ion integrators. For example, use inorganic acid to remove rust and scale on the metal surface, use bleaching oxidant to remove the stain on the object surface, and use bactericide and disinfectant to kill microorganisms and remove dirt or mildew on the object surface. Chemical cleaning is generally also done with the help of others such as high-pressure water jets, rinsing, electrolysis, and other complex cleaning methods, to achieve a comprehensive cleaning purpose.

(2) physical cleaning

Physical cleaning refers to the use of a variety of mechanical forces and energy to make the dirt crush, decomposition, and peel off the surface of the object, to achieve the effect of cleaning. That is, all the use of thermal, mechanical, acoustic, optical, and electrical principles in the removal of surface dirt methods should be classified as physical cleaning. Now the common physical cleaning methods are ultrasonic cleaning, spray, rinsing, high-pressure water jet cleaning, dry ice cleaning, plasma cleaning, laser cleaning, and blasting cleaning. Physical cleaning also requires the involvement of certain chemicals to improve the efficiency of cleaning.

(3) microbiological cleaning

Microbial cleaning mainly refers to enzymatic cleaning. Enzymes are catalytic proteins produced by plants, animals, and microorganisms. By the special biocatalytic action of the high efficiency of the enzyme, the surface of the industrial parts to be cleaned and the equipment to be contaminated by oil or protein will be decomposed. It is converted into non-toxic and harmless water-soluble substances and removed. The use of this enzyme cleaning to thoroughly decompose pollutants is a real sense of environmental protection cleaning technology.
