Ultrasonic de-oiling is a kind of de-oiling method which sends ultrasonic waves into the de-oiling liquid to speed up the de-oiling process and improve the de-oiling efficiency. When an ultrasonic wave is sent into a liquid, it causes the liquid to produce an ultrasonic oscillation, and the pressure inside the liquid suddenly decreases, and then the pressure suddenly increases, and so on, and so on, and when the pressure suddenly decreases, there will be a lot of vacuum, very small holes in the solution, the gas dissolved in the solution will be sucked into the holes, forming bubbles, small bubbles after the formation of the moment, due to increased pressure, the bubble was crushed, and produce shock wave, this shock wave can accelerate oil off the surface of the workpiece, improve oil removal efficiency.
Ultrasonic de-oiling is usually used in combination with organic solvent de-oiling and chemical de-oiling. An ultrasonic cleaning machine is a common equipment for ultrasonic oil removal. It consists of an ultrasonic transducer, an ultrasonic cleaning tank, and an ultrasonic generator:
1) the greater the power of the ultrasonic generator, the better the oil removal effect;
2) the mode of ultrasonic wave adding can be divided into two parts: On the groove and in the groove. The former has higher power, while the latter has lower power
3) the frequency and amplitude of ultrasonic wave should be selected according to the size and shape of the metal surface
4) the position of the parts and the ultrasonic vertical surface oil removal effect is the best, so it is best to keep rotating and turning parts.
