As an excellent new technology, ultrasonic cleaning is more and more widely used in the cleaning industry. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is the use of ultrasonic transmission in the liquid so that the dirt layer was dispersed, emulsified, and stripped to achieve the goal of cleaning. The cleaning function exists in any liquid that can immerse and the sound field exists, its characteristic is suitable for the structure's very complex parts. Ultrasonic cleaning can be done in water, so the use of this technology can reduce the number of chemical solvents, thereby reducing the environmental pollution. The ultrasonic cleaning device is mainly composed of an ultrasonic generator and a cleaning liquid tank.
The main functions of the ultrasonic cleaning machine for automobile shock absorbers are as follows:
A. The manipulator places the workpiece in the cradle. After the cradle is full, the hook drops to hook up the cradle. The conveyor belt pushes the cradle to move to the right to the limit switch of the cleaning trough. The surface spray pump and the inner hole spray pump start and carry on the spray cleaning. The circulating pump is started during the spray process to form circulating water. B. After the spray cleaning is completed, the conveyor belt sends the cradle to the ultrasonic cleaning trough, and the ultrasonic generator emits ultrasonic waves to complete the ultrasonic cleaning in the water. The level sensor detects the water level in the ultrasonic tank. When the water level is low, turn on the water injection pump and pour water into the ultrasonic tank to a high level. C. After the ultrasonic cleaning, the conveyer belt sends the cradle into the drying trough to start the fog-absorbing fan and the wind-cutting fan to dry the workpiece and completes the whole cleaning process. Finally, the cutting motor drives the workpiece into the area to be tested.
The main workflow of ultrasonic cleaning machine for an automobile shock absorber is as follows:
The lifting cylinder of the hook is raised, and the conveyor belt drives the cradle to the spray cleaning position, which is controlled by the limit switch. Hook the cylinder down to the lower limit, and high-pressure spray cleaning start, when the surface spray pump and internal hole spray pump have high-pressure water flow, the workpiece surface, and internal hole spray washing. The circulating pump starts at the same time as the spray pump, and the cleaning fluid is filtered to form the circulating water. After the spray cleaning, the hook rises, the conveyor belt pulls the cradle to the ultrasonic cleaning position, the hook drops the cradle into the ultrasonic cleaning trough, and the ultrasonic generator sends out the ultrasonic wave, and completes the ultrasonic cleaning in the water. The liquid level of the ultrasonic tank is controlled by the liquid level sensor. When the liquid level of the ultrasonic tank is lower than the lower limit, the water injection pump opens to inject water into the ultrasonic tank and stops when the water level reaches a high level. After the ultrasonic cleaning, the conveyor belt sends the cradle into the drying trough. The limit switch detects the cradle and starts the suction fan and the air dryer to dry the workpiece. The whole cleaning process is completed. Finally, the cutting motor drives the workpiece into the area to be tested.
