Cleaning process: feeding-ultrasonic cleaning (cleaning agent)-ultrasonic rinsing (water)-air gun blowing-hot air drying-coating.
The operation steps are as follows:
1, preparation: in the tank add the cleaning fluid, required to achieve a predetermined water level (volume 2/3). Turn on the power supply, the power indicator light, CNC area panel light, at this time the instrument is in the standby state.
2, do not need to clean timing: press the ultrasonic key, ultrasonic indicator light long light, start ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic power digital tube shows the current ultrasonic power value. Press the ultrasonic key again and the ultrasonic cleaning is over.
3, need to clean timing: press the timing key, timing indicator flashing, start ultrasonic cleaning, cleaning time digital display set time value. Press the ultrasonic key, the ultrasonic indicator light long light, start ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic power digital tube shows the current ultrasonic power value. The time indicator lamp is on for a long time, and the cleaning time value is decreased by 1 minute. When the cleaning time decreases to 0, the buzzer alarms, indicating the end of the cleaning.
4. When heating is needed: the volume of the liquid level in the washing tank must reach 2/3 of the volume by using the heating function, then press the heating key to set the heating temperature, and the heating temperature indicator lamp flashes, the heating digital tube shows the current temperature of the water tank, and the heating digital tube shows the change with the rise of the water tank temperature. When the temperature of the water tank reaches the set value, the heating will stop automatically.
5. Power adjustment: the display of the ultrasonic power digital tube increases 10% for the last setting value, according to the key of the ultrasonic area, the display of the ultrasonic power digital tube decreases 10% for the last setting value. The ultrasonic power setting range is 40% -100%, and 100% is the power of this machine 300W.
6, start each function key (power key, heating key, timing key, and ultrasonic key), should press the function key time not less than 3 seconds, then release, each function key press time not less than 3 seconds.
